Due to the current building regulations on requiring stringent U-values in a new property is is quite common to experience overheating in a property.

Our pre heat and cool unit is positioned upstream of a Heat Recovery Unit and pre cools the air before it enters the HRV and provides a comfortable cool environment for occupants. In the winter it preheats the incoming air for energy savings and these temperatures are controlled by a dual set pint controller that comes with the unit.
